Founder
Steven Fishman, MD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who was born and raised in Liberty, NY.
A humble, country boy at heart, Dr. Fishman feels it's important that Hampton Dermatology serves the local community.
He graduated from Hobart College Cum Laude before attending the prestigious Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
In medical school, through fate, Dr. Fishman became acquainted with Dermatology and published the first of many Dermatologic research papers. Dr. Fishman was also awarded the American Dermatological Association Medical Student Research Fellowship.
After graduating medical school, Dr. Fishman left New York to complete a residency in Dermatology at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Fishman presented his dermatologic research to the Southern Medical Association, Society of Investigative Dermatology, and American Academy of Dermatology. Additionally, he underwent a great deal of training in Dermatologic Surgery and Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Fishman has been in practice for over 30 years and is extremely experienced having worked a full schedule almost every day. He has another practice in his hometown area, Catskill Dermatology.
Steven Fishman, MD is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Hospital (recently ranked #1 in New York by Newsweek) where he teaches Dermatologic Surgery to residents in the Mount Sinai program. He is also on staff at Stony Brook University Hospital as a Dermatology Attending. Most recently, he won Dan's Papers Best of the Best for Best Dermatologist in 2024. Dr. Fishman "gives back" by teaching medical students, interns, and residents at his offices helping foster their careers.

Dr. Mark G. Albert is a solo practice Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He is Program Director of the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
Dr. Albert earned his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Pennsylvania and his Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Medicine. He was a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery resident at the University of Massachusetts Residency Program and then completed an aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship at The Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
He has authored numerous journal articles and 2 rhinoplasty book chapters. Dr. Albert is currently serving as Contributing Editor in Facial Surgery for The Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Access Editorial Board and is Chair of the Aesthetic Society’s Young Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Committee.
He is the Moderator of The Aesthetic Surgery Journal (ASJ) Monthly Journal Clubs and is a board member of The New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He is currently also serving on the ASPS development committee, ASERF Career Achievement Award Steering Committee, The Aesthetic Society’s Aesthetic Training Committee, The Aesthetic Society’s Radar Resource Editorial Committee, The Aesthetic Society’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Accountability (IDEA) Committee, The Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital Surgical Leadership Committee, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital Medical Leadership Committee, The ASPS Annual Meeting and Instructional Course Committee, Manhattan Eye, Ear and the Throat Hospital Performance Improvement Coordinating Group (PICG).
Dr. Albert is a frequent guest on Sirius XM Radio’s Doctor Radio to discuss aesthetic plastic surgery and he regularly teaches fellow plastic surgeons as an invited faculty member at The Aesthetic Society Annual Meeting, The Cutting Edge Aesthetic Surgery Symposium, and The QMP Endonasal Rhinoplasty Symposium.

Christina DeMartino is a New York City-trained dermatology physician assistant with over 12 years of clinical experience. She specializes in aesthetics and has been working in cosmetic and medical dermatology in Manhattan at various high-level practices since 2012. Christina graduated from Wagner College's accelerated physician assistant program, receiving both her bachelor's and master's degrees in just 5 years.
Christina has a natural ability to connect with patients and understand their aesthetic goals. She listens carefully and is able to formulate the right plan - one that delivers effective yet natural results. Due to her thoughtful approach, her patients leave feeling refreshed and still looking like themselves. Christina takes a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine, treating the face as a whole rather than individual features and educating her patients on preventative and at-home care. Christina is well versed in virtually all cosmetic procedures including injectables and laser treatments and has particular expertise in Ultherapy skin tightening, for which she has developed multiple exciting uses.
Most recently, Christina won Dan's Papers Best of the Best for Best Botox in 2024.
Christina is originally from the Boston area and now lives on the East End with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, fashion, photography, traveling, interior design, and gardening.

Jeanine Gurdon, PA-C was born and raised in Long Island, New York, and currently resides in Southampton. She graduated with honors from American University with a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education and taught within the New York City Public School System. Jeanine’s passion for helping others and interest in science led her to obtain a Bachelor of Science and Physician Assistant certificate at St. John’s University.Before joining Hampton Dermatology, Jeanine worked as a Physician Assistant in Head and Neck Oncology Surgery at Northwell Health. She continues her dedication to helping others by volunteering annually on a pediatric medical mission with the Divino Nino Foundation.
Jeanine is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants.
